The Performance Based Navigation (PBN)-course consists of training to develop an understanding of the theory and practical maneuvering of PBN for the Instrument Rating (IR) pilot.

The theory training consists of 4 hours in Norrköping and 60 study questions prior to the theory training.

​

The practical training is a 1.5 hour session in the Flight Navigation and Procedures Trainer (FNPT II) simulator.

The practical training can be done in a day

 

Prerequisites:  the student must hold a valid Instrument Rating (IR), be a previous holder or a training student for IR.
