COMPETENCY BASED INSTRUMENT RATING
SINGLE ENGINE CB-IR (SE)
Instrument rating for single-engine aircraft is necessary to fly in Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC).
The theory training consists of 80 hours distance learning with computer-based training material (CBT) from Bristol. 10% of the course will be conducted at the Kungsair Training in Norrköping with instructors from the school.

The practical training consists of 40 hours of which 25 can be done in our FNPT II simulator. The total time can be reduced based on previous experience.

Prerequisites for the course: hold a valid private pilot license (PPL) medical class 2 valid Single Engine Piston (SEP) rating valid Night Qualification (NQ).
